This Privacy Policy explains how Animal Slot and its publisher, Eglitis Salvis ("we", "us", or "our"), handle personal data and other information in connection with the Animal Slot mobile application.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Animal Slot mobile application and related support communications. It does not apply to third-party wallets, blockchain explorers, RPC services, app stores, device manufacturers, or other third-party services, each of which may have their own privacy policies.
2. What the App Does
Animal Slot is an entertainment app that can initiate a Solana Pay payment request and verify whether a required blockchain payment has been confirmed before allowing access to an in-app entertainment session.
3. Data We May Process
Based on the current app flow, we may process the following categories of information:
A. Payment and blockchain-related data
- the payment reference generated for a session;
- public blockchain transaction data needed to verify payment status, such as transaction signatures, payment status, recipient address, amount, and confirmation state; and
- wallet-related public data exposed by the payment flow or blockchain network, but not private keys or seed phrases.
B. Technical and device-related data
- basic device, app, and network diagnostic information that may be generated by the operating system, app store, hosting providers, RPC services, or crash/reporting tools if such tools are used;
- timestamps and technical logs necessary to diagnose operational or security issues.
C. Support communications
- information you choose to provide if you contact us, such as your email address and the contents of your message.
4. Data We Do Not Intend to Collect
The app is not intended to collect the following directly:
- private keys;
- seed phrases;
- wallet passwords;
- government-issued ID numbers;
- payment card numbers;
- precise geolocation; or
- health, biometric, or similar sensitive regulated data.
The app is not intended for minors where use would require parental consent under applicable law.
5. How We Use Data
We may use the information described above to:
- operate the app;
- verify whether the required on-chain payment has been confirmed;
- unlock gameplay after successful verification;
- maintain security and prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse;
- troubleshoot technical issues;
- comply with legal obligations; and
- respond to support requests.
We do not state that we sell personal data. We do not use deceptive or coercive methods to obtain consent.
6. Legal Bases
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we may rely on one or more of the following:
- performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract;
- compliance with legal obligations;
- our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the app; and
- your consent, where consent is required.
7. Blockchain Transparency Notice
Public blockchain transactions are inherently visible to participants, node operators, infrastructure providers, and others who can access blockchain data. Even if we minimize direct collection, public wallet and transaction information may still be visible on-chain and may be associated with your activity by third parties.
8. Third-Party Services
The app may depend on or interact with third-party services, including:
- Solana-compatible wallets;
- Solana RPC or blockchain infrastructure providers;
- app distribution platforms; and
- device platform providers.
Those third parties may independently collect, use, or disclose information under their own terms and privacy policies. You should review their policies separately.
9. Sharing of Data
We may share information only as reasonably necessary:
- with service providers or infrastructure providers that help operate the app;
- where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
- to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud or abuse; or
- in connection with a business transfer, restructuring, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
We expect third-party service providers we use in connection with app operations to handle applicable data consistently with applicable law and relevant platform policy requirements.
10. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:
- app operation and payment verification;
- fraud prevention and security;
- recordkeeping;
- dispute handling; and
- compliance with legal obligations.
Because blockchain transaction data may remain permanently available on public networks, we may not be able to delete public on-chain information.
11. Account Deletion and Data Requests
The current app flow does not require creation of a user account within the app. If you contact us requesting deletion of personal data we directly control, we will review the request and act as required by applicable law, subject to lawful retention needs such as fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.

12. Security
We seek to use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. However, no method of transmission, storage, or blockchain interaction is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Cross-Border Processing
Depending on the infrastructure or services used, data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required by applicable law, we will take steps intended to support lawful cross-border processing.
14. Your Rights
Depending on the laws applicable to you, you may have rights such as:
- access;
- correction;
- deletion;
- restriction;
- objection;
- withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent; and
- complaint to a supervisory authority.

15. Children's Data
We do not intend to knowingly collect personal data from minors where such collection would require parental consent under applicable law. If you believe a minor has provided personal data unlawfully, contact us and we will review the matter.
16. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be the version made available with the app or otherwise provided by us.
